Varsity vs Crenshaw Match Report
Our 2nd game of the tour was extremely similar to our first game against Mater Dei, with the opposition being very athletic and talented. However, the Churchie boys arrived ready to play, playing some very aggressive and intense basketball in the first quarter. Shoutout to Ben Volkman who got his first start in his Churchie career, highlighted by some big rebounds. The game was a close affair, as the lead for both teams never got larger than 6. Darryl led the team with 21 points and J-Gouw added 12 with 3 trizzies. Jordan and Ethan provided great energy off the bench after William was forced off the court after a scary fall, thankfully he is alright. Sam added his trademark inside defence and Jeremy was his usual consistent self.
